Recipe: Granola Pie

Crust:
2 cups granola
¼ cup nut butter

Filling:
2 cups plain yogurt
3 apples
2 cups strawberries
2 tblsp lemon zest
cinnamon
salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat nut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour over granola and press into a 9” pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. In a medium sauce pan heat strawberries, apples, lemon zest, salt and cinnamon until the mixture thickens. Let cool to room temperature. Spread the yogurt over the crust, top with fruit mixture, garnish with extra granola and enjoy!
