Next entrant in York’s Taste Test to compete
Winner could become permanent downtown restaurant

Scratch-made Asian dumplings, noodles and ramen bowls will take the stage in October as the latest entry in York's Taste Test pop-up restaurant series.
The Taste Test series is giving Yorkers a chance to sample cuisines and ultimately decide what they would like to see as a permanent restaurant in downtown York. It is overseen by a partnership between the York College hospitality management program and the York County Community Foundation.
The latest entrant is a concept called STEAM: Asian Street Food. It will be featured on consecutive weekends, from Oct. 7-16, in the Taste Test YorKitchen shared kitchen incubator at 37 W. Clarke Ave. in York.
