Cooking isn’t always a scientific formula. Measurements can’t quantify a pinch or a handful of ingredients.

Sometimes, cooking just comes from the heart, and that’s the ideology behind the latest restaurant appearing in YorKitchen this weekend.

“Food for the body isn’t enough, you need food for the soul,” Alexis Glover, Touch of Soul owner and operator said.
